Petit is currently the CEO of RSI.
In addition to his business career, Petit has acquired several hobbies over the years, including laser tag. Ryan Lynch
Ryan Lynch brings more than twelve years of management and entrepreneurial experience to Adventure Sports HQ. He has successfully started four businesses in the technology, manufacturing, entertainment and fitness industries. Lynch’s duties in these businesses have been to manage the operations and technological direction. He took the initial ideas and transformed them into successful businesses with viable futures. Lynch is known by his colleagues as a “Smoke Jumper” for having the ability to take a 10,000 foot view of a situation and then drop in to fix the issues hands on.
Prior to joining Adventure Sports HQ, Lynch led a highly-skilled team of web developers and designers for one of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations. In his previous role, Lynch started with management responsibilities for one web site, and later grew the department’s production to include thirteen web sites. Lynch oversaw the daily management of in-house firewall, web and database servers, in addition to serving as the lead programmer for business critical applications.
In addition to his business ventures, Lynch spent time as the IT director for the Nebraska Civil Air Patrol Wing (statewide). He’s also taken a great interest in human factors, which is the study of human interaction with machines. Its focus in interface design ranges from a microwave to a web site to a laser tagger.
In 2004 Derek Petit contacted Lynch for assistance in marketing and building his local field, and since then their partnership has grown into a successful manufacturing and entertainment company.
